POST-LINK CONFIRMATION IMAGE

This photograph was taken after the Second SAS Link had already been obtained.

The operation was complete.

At this point, the critical connections had been made:

  • Thailand 2004 — first assassination attempt (“death night”)

  • Barmouth — originating pressure and threat vectors

  • Birthday timing — deliberate alignment

  • Snowdon ascent — exposure and confirmation phase

This image documents the confirmation stage, not the initiation.

WHAT THIS IMAGE REPRESENTS

Following the Second SAS Link, this moment marks:

  • Threat verification

  • Post-link observation

  • Environmental confirmation

  • Pattern closure between Thailand (2004) and UK-based vectors

The climb was no longer exploratory.
It was observational.

The work was already done.

WHY THIS PIECE IS CRITICAL

Most images in survival archives show:

  • Before danger

  • Or after recovery

This one captures something rarer:

  • After link acquisition

  • Before public visibility

  • During live threat assessment

It sits precisely between knowledge gained and future escalation.

Collectors who understand the MR39-7 timeline recognise this as a hinge point image — where separate theatres became one continuous operational narrative.
