Cadair Idris or Cader Idris is a mountain in the Meirionnyddarea of Gwynedd, Wales. It lies at the southern end of the Snowdonia National Park near the town of Dolgellau. The peak, which is one of the most popular in Wales for walkers and hikers,^[1] is composed largely of Ordovician igneous rocks, with classic glacial erosion features such as cwms, moraines, striated rocks, and roches moutonnées.

A personal favourite of mine. All paths. 

Usual preferences , all weathers trust. Even Heavy Snow Blizzards. ATAPAW. 

Usually , would Mountain bike (MTB ) it from TalyBont and over Barmouth bridge. Mawddach Trail and come into Arthog. Up those lovely steep Hills  to Cregennan Lakes and straight to the Car park. Foxes path or other routes.

Dump the bike and up and down there. 

Bits of running in between also. A few moments. I would enjoy those lovely views  Not long up there, being A1 man War on trash yeah.

So back down and continue.  

Then I'd  cycle to Coed Y Brenin. Perhaps a MTB route , or a run usually 6 miles or both. Then cycle back to Talybont. 

Not just here , also. 100 milers on the MTB road work up to Snowdonia , Llanberis also around Betsi Coed and Caernarfon. Lots of places really. 

Great hill and road work around Snowdonia. So many routes. Trawsfynedd , Porthmadog , Beacons Climbing Centre . Tywyn , Dinas Mawtddwy loops , the lot. Harlech Swimming baths 1- 2 mile sessions. 

Also work . Swimming Wrexham with kids Social care. I would regularly bang out a couple of miles swimming usually between 1 and 2. 

Obviously inspiring for the Young People I was with.  Keen Sports persons also some of.

Other Occassion, Cadair Idris , I woke one morning and had a random challenge  idea . Grabbed , a military Ruck sack.  Not ideal,  light backpack and managed to fit two bags of cement in it. Obviously, June 20x Had already been screwed by agency Greg lol Guernsey placement.  

Funny ?  he said t me ya know years back ! Stop trying to take on the world.

I wasn't obviously , I was driving , pushing forwards and the lil loons that town with their little links. Could not  move forwards after whistle blowing Social Care 02. 

So I thought , hmm this is not easy  weight in this. the cement , back to that , Popped it on and thought okay,  let's do it. 

So did that also up and down Cadair Idris topped a lil over 110lbs small back pack. My body weight around 76kg June 20x that.

This original Photo  could have been 2006 this tactical shot perhaps 2 years after my 1st Death night Thailand and added to FB later, or  may of been 2009. I would ' say 2006 though,  off my phone.

If I recall , I changed the date to 2002 as a reminder ƒo`at` What ?

Took 3 people up here, all not the best plans for me. Knowing this yes , abroad also. 

Remember who came to who and why ?  Especially why one .

When I dangled a little carrot now and again to see if such continued. Never let me down on such ever.

But to be fair. He did well to go as far as he did. far better than Shane would have ever imagined.  This is /was also disappointing back from Kenya seeing such bullshit,  Chip shop attempt to roll out odd behaviour , and action too.

Myself always aware of such . 

So  the usual , monitor , document with appropriate sources. At maybe you should keep away from these people Mr Bailey . Way back yeah , hmmm.

Often During my training that lil rare one Shane , he would  go past with the trailer and slow down In his head , delusional . offering me a lift back. 

Thinking I would be demotivated or something  ? want to cut my training short ya know.

So was and do enjoy my training so don/'t have , oh yeah , I will just quit up Harlech hill or what ever and yes at mile 90 or whatever. 

I didn't  stop the bike during such either (especially 300 movie , years prior yeah ! 07. 

So  my training 300 I added a 0 3000 rep days yes.  during my 70 to 100 milers or what ever they were Shane lad. i7 = 5 IS What ~? Odd , odd number odd behaviours but 7 odd also , but then  A X intelligence plus 6.gov 7 plus Mr39 not odd at all

Gwynedd , just 1 town that , Gwynedd , Thailand , Egypt , Kenya , Rest of Uk and Thailand again 2016 since exiting Gwynedd from Powys to Shrewsbury to Telford and Wrekin 201616 to 2024. 

Went back there on a specific date, never go back there again. Had no choice this year 2024, empty death  flat. 

Good riddens okay , family !  my side included and we know why !00%.Around deaths , zero significance , zero concern at all.
