Escape from the Abyss: Surviving Mental Health Abuse and Conspiracies

This blog provides insights behind the products, places, and events that shaped my path. The overall goal has always been to contribute, to change, and to stop such abuses from continuing. A charity edition is in planning for the future.

From June 2012 to January 8th, 2014, a harrowing saga unfolded as I grappled with events that tested my resilience to its limits. This journey did not begin in 2012—it stretched back to whistleblowing in 2002 in Gwynedd, tied into an accumulation of events nationally and internationally since 2001. By the time I was working in Colwyn Bay in 2012, I was already entangled in a web of conspiracies and danger.

Historical encounters—the disturbing 2004 events in Thailand, my second Mt Snowdon 20X on my birthday, and the shadows within that hospital—merged with my daily reality.

Amidst relentless victimization, I found myself forced into the Hergest Unit: a Mental Health Vulnerable Adult abuse ring in Gwynedd. Their motives were clear: to diagnose falsely, discredit my testimony, and fabricate reports to bury the truth. ( Horrible Social Care Abuse )  , both Vulnerable abuse and children  historically the 1990s and 2002 up to whistleblowing. 

The manipulative tactics, the inappropriate treatments, and the lies made survival a constant battle. Despite their efforts to institutionalize me permanently, I resisted. I stood firm in tribunals. I exposed malpractice, corruption, and abuse.

The psychological torture, the fabricated narratives, the lies stacked upon lies—they tried to break me. But instead of submission, I planned my escape. Strategic, vigilant, relentless. And I made it out.

The 3rd SAS Link-Up

In Hergest, I forged the third SAS connection. There were two others—Thailand and Barmouth—already linking my assassinations and survival. Now the UK mental health system itself became tied to my murder plots.

Hergest was not just about fabricated care—it was about orchestrated death. Plans to assassinate me, to cover it up with fake autopsies, to stage suicides and more further down the line. 

December 2013 was the defining moment.

A patient, stated I was undercover SAS, spoke about me on the phone. The names of Barmouth, Porthmadog, Dolgellau, Caernarfon, Bangor, and Blaenau Ffestiniog hung in the air. Soon after, a female patient offered me a cup of tea.

I accepted—knowing the danger.

In the small hospital kitchen, I watched carefully as staff and patients whispered over the tea. I saw the tampering. I saw their faces.

When the tea was handed to me, I skimmed the surface with my lips. ( no contact )  The vapour alone nearly stopped my heart. My legs weakened. My chest seized. Cyanide, without question or some other deadly poison. What ever it was one sip and id be dead bfore i hot the floor. 

I put the tea down the sink and knew then: this was no care facility. This was an execution ground where I was being mental tortured the likes of the purge 2012- March 2025. 

Sixteen days later, I escaped. Down to Heathrow Airport. Attempting to flee to New York and then Central America. Apprehended by armed officers. Taken from the plane. Another chapter for another blog.

From there, I made it to Egypt. Straight off the back of cyanide tea. South Sinai. Survival again. (See Blog Egypt ) 

Weapons of Choice: Defiance in the Death Flat and Shrewsbury

By the time I was living in the death flat at Eyton View, and working in Shrewsbury, I had already endured years of attempted assassinations, fabricated reports, and organised conspiracies. So when amateurs tried to push their luck, I had my own symbolic weapons of choice.

Not guns. Not knives. But two twin packs of nutmeg baby soother dummies (6–9 months, Morrisons). 555

Why? Because they couldn’t spit them out, but I could. So I did it for them. 

In December 2022, I made Instagram reels from the death flat with them—reminding anyone watching why they didn’t stand a chance against an ex-British soldier who had faced real death for years ( decades). 

I spat them out for them. One dummy I left on the grass outside Eyton View. Another I placed on the roof. The others I took to work in Shrewsbury, taunting those who thought they could take me on.

That wasn’t “home AI.” That was real life. That was how I rolled after years of nonstop death experience.

What They Targeted

From Gwynedd to London, Shrewsbury, Telford, and Wrekin, from 2012 until March 2025, the system never stopped. Every hospital I touched became part of the same conspiracy.

They destroyed:

• Health: physical, psychological, physiological, and mental.
• Wealth: careers and businesses eliminated.
• Education: university and any chance of a professional future sabotaged.
• Finances: stripped bare and beyond 
• Work: every form of employment blocked.
• Hobbies & Interests: eradicated.
• Sexual function: deliberately attacked including all attributes. 
• drove me into homelessness on purpose and still continued to decimate me with there criminal links 
• violated my driving license for years to stop me leaving especially the death flat
• a lot more also. 

They fabricated:

• Reports implying I had AIDS.
• created a fake care episode profile to get me into the system to predate and murder me , on genocide satanic levels death flat especially 
• Reports implying I had bomb on my car 
• documented I was a threat to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II , o political figures and out me under FTAC ( fixated Threat Assessment Centre ) sick and twisted knowing what I did for my country and many others 
• handle same issues EX Spy MI6 Gareth Williams went through ( managed such activities around this for years. 
• Suicidal ideations that were not mine. Forced me to charge at a bus a result of their actions  i did such London March 2021
• Later continued my deaths like the purge  and decimation of museum of treasure and told me threateningly ! I was going to be suicidal threatening  me in the death flat mental health staff 
• my own family members involved in my ill treatment also Hergest , the death flat and prior Thailand , Egypt. Family betrayal.
• I documented all via mi6 the mental health so this blog no need for all the graphic pin point details its already with them. 
• They violated and abused all systems at there resources  to cause me significant issues. They violated my driving licence so desperate to stop me leaving the death flat and the ability to work .I anticipated and had vision over a year before they did this in the death flat and cross referenced  it with the British Secret service MI6 and DVLA i covered all areas and aspects before they instigated it . It’s called ( Vision )

• Worst of all they fabricated to FTAC that I was a threat to the Royal Family , Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II , knowing all along what I did for our country , head of state behind the scenes. When in fact all along they were and are indeed the threats to the United Kingdom , the entire system and the UK's allies and security partners.

• Thankfully I went to MI6 pretty much straightaway in 2012. They tried assassinating  me,  organized crime Hadley to Trench Lock  march 2021 the Eve of the Duke of Edinbugh's death . I went to London and had to watch the funeral from the Redwoods centre.

• No doubt this will shed light and a clearer picture for his Majesty King Charles III including the Royal Family on what a bunch of parasites these lot really are. Actually putting this and documenting it in there reports all the way through to FTAC and the British government. Lying to the party in  charge and our Prime Ministers at the same time. Using and abusing all systems available to them from the top to the bottom . This is exactly why I had no issues in the death flat carrying on for His majesty King Charles III and my work for a Peanut , a beer (Estrella ) x1 and 2 twin packs of dummies baby soothers , 6 to 9 months for this lot global threat to humanity Across Telford and Wrekin , Shrewsbury and other parts of the UK.  

They enforced:

• Mass sections, inappropriate detentions.
• Years of stolen life.
• Suicide setups in the “death flat.”
• Poison attempts: cyanide, December 2013.
• assassination attempts mass amounts through there criminal links 
• Liked up with social housing to plan my death in flats also and the wider communities 

What they committed was not healthcare. It was genocide—systematic destruction of my life in every aspect and area. 

International Link-Ups - criminals and hospitals ( some countries ) Egypt, Thailand , Kenya and many more countries within the system made a bee line for me within it . 

Even as the system tried to erase me, I acted voluntarily. Always my choice. Always symbolic for one pence Queen and country . I added to it also. 

For in no particular order 

Before you read ? This was before the  Ukraine . I  hope both Russia  and Ukraine  can  find peace and stop their war.  its sad for both countries very much so. 

• Russia (Vladimir Putin): for a pack of cigarettes (£0.50) and a bottle of vodka.
• Egypt (2014): for the President, with a handful of Egyptian pounds.
• Kenya (2015): for President Uhuru Kenyatta, with one Kenyan shilling.
• Thailand (2016): for the King of Thailand, in service to the UK. including 5 Thai Baht , a litre of water and a bag or rice (Trapped them to the bike , may have left the water . for the Thai Military also and the British Army 
• United Kingdom (2016 onwards): continued work for Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip. Why ? Positive Child hood memories , my service as a younger man , thats why. 
• United Kingdom (December 2022 onwards): when King Charles III ascended, I carried on—for a peanut and a beer (Estrella).
• SAS (2015): for one penny, 1991.

Small tokens. Small change. Voluntary service to leaders, Prime Ministers, and nations.

My choice my decisions not above's  , Voluntary on ESA , universal Credit and PIP ( Of course this is not nor was not a (SNS) special Needs Service .

Throughout this period, my voluntary actions touched upon the highest offices: ( That basically means i was doing all for the United Kingdom whilst  those were in power an d still are some of.  

• UK Prime Ministers: David Cameron, Theresa May, Boris Johnson, Liz Truss, Rishi Sunak. Boris Johnson , Kier Starmer 
• Egypt: President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi.
• Russia: President Vladimir Putin.
• United States: Barack Obama, Donald Trump, Joe Biden.
• Kenya: President Uhuru Kenyatta.
• Thailand: His Majesty King Rama X.

The End of the UK Chapter

From June 2012 to March 2025, I endured fabricated diagnoses, assassination attempts, forced sections, and orchestrated genocide under the UK mental health system.

On March 4th, 2025, I left the UK. Today, in September 2025, I am seeking asylum in France.

This is not just a tale of survival—it is testimony. It is proof of resilience, of voluntary service, of refusal to submit.

Conclusion

What began in Gwynedd in 2012 spread across the UK and the world. From cyanide in a hospital cup of tea to assassination setups in the death flat, from Kenya to Thailand to Egypt, I carried my duty voluntarily.

I gave service for the smallest coins. I endured genocide for over a decade. I taunted my would-be assassins with baby dummies from Morrisons.

And I survived.

This is the story. This is the truth. This is A1 Who Dares Wins.
